REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Location: Kennedy Campus

Event Time: 11:45 p.m. on June 16 to 6:00 a.m. on June 17, 2008

Check in Time: 11:45 p.m. to 12:45 a.m.

RULES FOR ATTENDANCE:

• Only Kennedy graduating seniors may attend.
• PHOTO ID IS MANDATORY FOR ENTRY.
• NO STUDENT ADMITTED WITHOUT A COMPLETED AND SIGNED Ticket Purchase Agreement/Medical Release form.
• As at any school function, the use, presence, or possession of alcoholic beverages or other drugs is not acceptable. Parents will be notified to pick up their senior.
• Smoking is not permitted.
• Admission will only be permitted between 11:45 p.m. on June 16 and 12:45 a.m. on June 17, 2008. Nobody will be admitted after 12:45 a.m.
• Seniors need to plan on staying until 6:00 a.m. unless they are signed out by a parent or guardian (this must be pre-arranged).
• If a senior leaves Grad Nite for any reason, there will be no re-entry.
• Should a senior become ill, the parent or guardian should be prepared to pick up their senior at the checkout table.
• Purses and backpacks are discouraged. No money is needed during Grad Nite. Personal items will be inspected by security upon entering. A check-in service will be available. However, items checked in are the responsibility of the senior. We encourage all students to put cell phones into their checked items to minimize the loss or damage due to the evening’s activities.
• If a senior purchases a Grad Nite ticket and does not show up, the parent should expect to receive a phone call from us between 1:00 and 1:30 a.m.

PAYMENT INFORMATION:

• Tickets will be on sale at the school March 14, March 19, April 9, April 23, May 14, May 28 and June 6 during lunch. Tickets will also be on sale during Open House, April 16 in the evening.
• BEST VALUE – Take advantage of the discounted ticket price of only $80.00 through April 16. As of April 17 the price goes up to $100.00.
• Make checks and money orders out to “Kennedy Grad Nite.”
• Payments must be accompanied by a signed Ticket Purchase Agreement/Medical Release form and the student must show their current Kennedy ID card.
